PASTORAL STAFF
Senior Pastor
Jim Pryor - is our senior pastor and has been with us for 2 years coming to us from Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Jim previously served United Brethren churches in Indiana and Pennsylvania. Jim is a graduate of Huntington University in Indiana holding a bachelor's degree in Bible and Religion and a Master's degree in Pastoral Theology. Jim is married to Julie and they have 3 children with special needs. Jim's passion is seeing people come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the living out of that life of faith in the world.

OFFICE STAFF
Our office consists of a print media specialist, multi-media specialist, and a volunteer website administrator.
Cindy Seyfried - is our print media specialist and she handles everything from the service programs to the service reminder cards. If you have anything that needs to be put into print or included in the weekly service program Cindy is the one to call (810)736-7890 or send her an e-mail, cindy@richfieldrdchurch.org
Jennifer Justus - is our multi-media specialist she handles the Sunday morning powerpoint presentations and serves as a part time secretary in the church office. She also produces and edits the Richfield Road Rundown weekly news report. Joy Streeter- is our In House Reporter. Joy does our weekly Richfield Road Rundown which airs every sunday morning at the start of our worship celebration. She gets us all up to speed on what's happening here at Richfield Road Church.
PROPERTY CARETAKERS
Steve & Tara Thiede - are our property caretakers. Tara has been attending Richfield Rd Church since 1991, Steve since 2002. They met and were married at our church in 2003 and have two sons Maxwell and Samuel. Their responsibilities include cleaning and the general upkeep of our facility. Their goal is to be a light unto the world and let others see Jesus in their work. “We are honored to take care of the Lord’s house and delight in His service.”
MEET OUR MINISTRY TEAMS & THEIR LEADERS
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
The children's ministry at Richfield Rd. Church seeks first to introduce children to Jesus and then help them establish a faith based relationship with Jesus Christ that will serve them as they grow physically and spiritually.
Julie Pryor is our current Childrens Ministry leader. Julie is a homeschooling mother of three and enjoys teaching children about Jesus. She has 20 years of experience working with various childrens ministries and 10 years of experience as a Childrens Ministry Coordinator. She is excited about the upcoming year and all of the exciting things that will be happening here.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Our executive leadership team consists of four individuals who are highly involved in our church.
Mike Franciso, Judy Hamilton, Linda Kotsko, and Dan Madar.
HOSPITALITY TEAM
The hospitality team makes it possible for the body to come together and fellowship usually around the tables in the fellowship hall. We value and enjoy getting together to share fun and food.
MaryLynn Francisco - heads up our hospitiality team. She is married to Mike and they have 2 adult chidlren. MaryLynn's team likes to put out a good spread and the next time your around and we're having a meal together make sure you stay we have many good cooks at Richfield Rd. Church.
MANNA MINISTRY
Manna Ministry is the name of our food pantry here at Richfield Rd Church. Our pantry was put in place to help feed families and individuals in our community. For 2009, our church helped to feed 108 families and 325 people in the community.
Grady Jones - oversees and handles all of the pantry activity and its volunteers. Grady is married to Carol Jones who also keeps busy helping with the pantry duties. If you would like to become a volunteer or make a donation, please contact Grady by email at grady1@tir.com
MEN'S MINISTRY
The men's ministry at Richfield Rd. Church seeks to grow men in their relationship with Jesus Christ and to provide them with the means to live out their lives of faith.
This ministry is currently without a leader.
MISSIONS TEAM
Our missions team works at providing opportunites for members and attenders of Richfield Rd. Church to flex their ministry muscles. By providing opportunities both internationally and locally in our community.
Sherry Gould is our missions teams leader and is longtime member of Richfield Rd. Church she is married to Dave and they have 4 adult children who attend the church. Sherry is a compassionate leader a quality that's necessary for the administration of her ministry.
PRAYER TEAM
Our prayer team meets once a week to pray for others. The team prays for our ministries, our leaders, those in need, our government, for each other, and the list goes on and on.
Randy Coleman - heads up this important ministry. Randy is married to Kris Weckler-Coleman and they have five children. Their family is very involved in the church.If you have any prayer requests or questions, please contact Randy at (810) 397-7574.
PROPERTY TEAM
The property team is responisble for the grounds and the buildings without them we wouldn't be able to do what we do. This is no small feat considering our church campus consists of 4 acres +/- of land complete with playground, ballfield, gymnasium, fellowship hall, classrooms, and sanctuary.
Gary Case is the leader of this hard working group of skilled men and women who care for what God has so richly blessed us with. Gary is married to Linda and they have 3 adult children. Gary has experience in the construction field and is a real assest to Richfield Rd. Chruch. His teams hard work allows us to offer our facilities for use by the local school system with their sporting activities through out the year as well as the various ministries that utilize our facilities.
SPIRITUAL CARE TEAM
The spiritual care team is a support ministry of Richfield Rd. Church the main emphasis of which is to support and encourage the body of Christ. Spiritual care offers many service opportunites to those looking to deepen their involvement in the life of the body at Richfield Rd. Church.
Linda Case is the leader of our spiritual care team and leads a group of around one dozen who provide spiritual and pastoral care to the body of Christ at Richfield Rd. Church. They provide prayer support, visitation ministry, helping hand ministry, and much, much more. Linda is married to Gary and they have adult children.
UPWARD SPORTS MINISTRY
The Upward Sports Ministry of Richfield Rd. Church is a way for us to introduce children to Jesus Christ by creating opportunities to serve through sports. We are currently offering K-6th grade Basketball with Cheerleading. Registration is going on now and will end on December 4th, 2010. LEAGUE DIRECTOR
Tony Smith - is our League Director and it is his job to oversee our entire Upward ministry and to make sure that each participant and family has the full Upward experience. He is married to Lyn Smith and they have three daughters. Tony has a passion for children as well as sports. CHEER COORDINATOR
Lyn Smith - is our Cheer Coordinator who together with the League Director, oversees Upward Cheerleading operations. Lyn is also our current Advertising Commissioner and handles all marketing and promotion of the league. She has attended Richfield Rd Church since childhood and is now a member.Her experience as a high school cheerleader for 8 seasons at Kearsley followed by her coaching there for 9 years, definately helps pull this ministry together. WOMEN'S MINISTRY
Richfield Rd. Churches women's ministry program seeks to grow women in their relationship with Jesus Christ and instill in them practical ways to live out their lives of faith.
Debbie Kogut is the leader of our women's ministry team. She is married to John and they have 3 adult chidlren who attend the church. Debbie is in the process of transforming her team and instilling in them a desire to reach out to the women of our community. The women's ministry team seeks to serve women by helping them to grow in their relationship with Christ while providing opportunities for women to live out their lives of faith in practical ways.
WORSHIP MINISTRY
The worship team at Richfield Rd. Church seeks to provide the opportunity and the atmosphere that allows members and attenders to connect with God and the body of Christ during our weekly celebration service. Relevant biblical teaching and contemporary music are just some of what you'll find at Richfield Rd. Church.
The Worship team is currently without a leader.
YOUTH MINISTRY
Our youth ministries team is led by the dynamic duo of...Jim & Becky Wonch.
Jim & Becky Wonch are our husband and wife team who head up our youth ministries here at Richfield Rd Church. They have a passion for working with the youth and are dedicated to growing the kingdom of Christ.
